Wanda's jelly

Wanda, this is good crabapple jelly as seen in the top picture (not shown on my crumpet, cause I ate it too fast!) I toasted a crumpet, put some butter on it and then the jelly and oh my, yummy. Sidney must have heard my thoughts as he came into the kitchen and so I did the true test of good fruit as he is an apple man. Hey Wanda, he likes it!
If anyone wants to know how we made these jellies just write me and we'll share!

    Thanks Nancy.

It's so fun to share good stuff. I'll be happy to give the recipe, since it wasn't mine in the first place. My grandmother, my mother & now my daughters have all used the same one.

    Hi Nancy,

I loved your post today. I would love to know how you made the crabapple jelly, please! I don't know when I'll have time but maybe someday. Is it hard?

  3. Hi Leslie! None of these jellies are hard to make and what goes for Wanda's crabapple is the same for mine also. The only difference is I did use the "no sugar needed" pectin and added just a touch of(1 1/2 C) sugar to the 4 cup recipe, whereas Wanda used plain pectin and more sugar.
Wanda! Can you make and entry here to tell of your crabapple recipe?
